As the contractor employed by Cardiff City Council, Telpark (UK) supplies and distributes the parking voucher, which are sold to the public from a number of strategically placed voucher sales outlets and Council Departmental Offices.

The permit number, registration number of a vehicle, date of issue, area of use, expiry date and limitations of use can be overprinted onto parking permits from variable data.
Elements of data can be generated and printed in a unique bar code on each permit to enable audit traceability and check validilty.

Telpark (UK) provides Bluewater, Europe's largest and most innovative out of town retail and leisure destination opened on March 16, 1999 with a unique barcode service.

The Bluewater Management provides the 4,500 employes of the 330 shops with bar coded parking permits showing details such as the holders name, employer, area and limitation of use. Telpark (UK) has produced the secure permits and overprinted them in open format and in a unique bar code both generated from variable data.
